I think it is not a med but the right cocktail. Everyone seems to have things they take together. I have several my self. One or the other may not work but two or three together ma work much better

I'm reading a new book called The Fibromanual by Dr. Liptan who runs a Fibro clinic in the U.S.. It is the newest book and she discusses the best treatments medication wise. She also gives a lot of tips for calming the nervous system. I downloaded it on Kobo for 16.00 and it was well worth it. It is supposed to be a treatment guide for both patient and Dr. to work together. She really believes that the most important thing is deep sleep and discusses which meds are good and which ones are not. It's the most up to date and best book I have read so far.
