Yes I have muscle spasms everywhere. If I twist in bed I'm usually done for. I have it in arms, legs, neck, back, feet, every where, I talk Norflex for it and it helps.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, alot of people can't take Norflex because they have severe side effects, but I don't have anything. I take 10mg four times a day. I've been on them a long time so if I need more I just take them. They are a skeletal muscle relaxant. You just have to be careful when you start to see if you do get any side effects.

Yes I have arm and neck spasms. I also have back and rib, leg, feet, hands. I laid in bed at the hospital and just spasm after spasm. I was scared to move I'd cause a ripple effect.Very painful.

I go to the doc. Wednesday. I am going to ask him about it. I am so tired of being in pain. The morphine the other day made me see what it feels like to be out of pain .I want that so bad. Thanks for sharing. Hugs
