Hi has anyone had bad itching? I've been itching like crazy this afternoon. Also feel tender all over (more than usual including the bottom of my feet). My palms also turned red and was burning.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience.

Members shared their experiences with severe itching in fibromyalgia, with many describing intense episodes that included hives, burning sensations, and discomfort on the palms and feet. Several members found relief through antihistamines like Benadryl, Hydroxyzine, or Allegra, while others recognized itching as a signal from their body to rest or linked it to nerve issues and conditions like neuropathy. A recurring theme was learning to adapt by managing symptoms day by day, maintaining a sense of humor, and leaning on community support to navigate the unpredictable nature of fibromyalgia.

One of the last patientsDr Kardasion helped commit suicide was a fibro patient. I know this is totally unhelpful and I am not advocating suicide but just saying that this condition is extremely frustrating. Build your support group (including us here in this forum) and learn how to lean. And by all means don't lose your sense of humor

Yes I do. I've been breaking out in hives for the last 20 yrs. I'm pretty sure that when this all started. I get them on the bottoms of my feet so bad I can't wear shoes. Have also been diagnosed with neurotrophy ( not sure of spelling fight now). It's a part of fibro affects your hands and feet. But the itching sometimes make me crazy. All over my body and I break out in sores. But not sure if it's from the fibro or lupus.
