Members shared their most essential supplements for managing fibromyalgia and related conditions, with magnesium and vitamin D emerging as the clear favorites, followed closely by B vitamins, CoQ10, and aloe vera juice for pain and inflammation relief. Several members described practical benefits they've experienced, including reduced muscle cramps and restless leg syndrome from magnesium citrate, decreased fatigue from B-complex vitamins, migraine prevention from magnesium, and significant pain reduction from aloe vera juice (though some noted its unpleasant taste). A recurring theme was that fibromyalgia affects everyone differently, so finding the right supplement often requires personal experimentation, consultation with doctors to check blood levels first, and combining multiple supplements rather than relying on just one.

I take something called fibrolief which has like 20 herbs and vitamins in it. It's for fibromyalgia and you can get it on the fibromyalgia treatment website

12 tribes...I've been taking extra dosage of magnesium and vitamin b. It sure has made a world of difference in my fatigue levels. Don't have the pain or muscle spasms I was having. These studies they are doing are not accurate. Remember fibro acts differently on people and it would make sense that supplements and vitamins will also react differently. There's no single remedy for every fibro patient.. its not a one size fits all game. Try it and if it doesn't work try something else. Don't be afraid to experiment a little. I'm glad I did. That's all.
