Members shared a wide range of supplements they use alongside prescription medications for fibromyalgia, with the most commonly mentioned being magnesium, vitamin D, calcium, multivitamins, fish oil, and B vitamins, particularly B12. Several members described targeted approaches like taking golden paste (turmeric with black pepper and coconut oil), ginger, herbal supplements, and addressing specific deficiencies such as severe vitamin D and magnesium deficits common in fibromyalgia patients. A recurring theme was the importance of personalized supplementation based on individual needs and deficiencies, with members cautioning about potential medication interactions, the dangers of some natural supplements, and the need to research thoroughly and start slowly to avoid stomach upset.

*Added note for golden paste.
Research it first as it can worsen other conditions. Also start on a very low dose and build up as too much too soon can upset your stomach

I'm currently trying turmeric in the form of a golden paste. Which is turmeric mixed with black pepper and coconut oil. I have a dose of this 2 or 3 times a day mixed with milk, a little honey and cinnamon.
