Ive looked it up&it says its surpose to help lots of ilnesses&fibro, is listed,, iam un sure but being ill makes me think does it really??? Looking for anything that would make me feel better&hoping..iam confused.x

It sounds like it would work well as an anti inflammatory, the only drawback is that no one knows the side effects after long term use, i.e., after 4 weeks. With FM being chronic I could see it as like @A MyFibroTeam Member said with other supplements. Some of the manufacturers are making from bacteria rather than the silk worm. Would be worth checking into and used during combination flares with costochondritis and other inflammation related pain.

Hi lovely sort of heard about it's a med that claims to help with athitic conditions and banish fatique and increase of energy ! Not sure haven't tried it and is not one that is reputable .
