Does anyone use muscle rubs---do they work for you---which ones? And unfortunately, I am VERY sensitive to fragrances, perfumes, & most odors, so they would have to be fragrance-free. Fibro---so difficult to live with, right??? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
yes, I use aspercream when I need to, it has no oders or fragrences, I am highly sensative to the mucles creams that cause heat as they feel like they are burning my skin so I can't use deep heat or anything like that , I laugh when I am really hurting all over ans people say just use your aspercream, lol I'd say , I'd have to use a whole tube of it all over my body
Nice, didn't know it had lidocaine now, sweet n tx for info, ever try the Emu lotion?
(I forgot to mention this in my earlier post.) Aspercreme now comes with Lidocaine and is sold over-the- counter. Aspercreme does not "heat" up. It is like putting on a regular hand/body lotion. The consistency of the Aspercreme with Lidocaine is a "thinner" texture.
Blue Emu cream is good. I also use Aspercreme (or its generic). The tube is a yellow color. It is not expensive. When I worked every day I would ache so much. Aspercreme helped me. It doesn't have an odor, is not greasy, and absorbs in to skin quickly. I used to share my tube of Aspercreme with another woman at work. She would rub it in to her severely arthritic hands and swore it really helped her. I used it once a day. I never had a reaction from it.
I use them, but my all time fav is emu cream, I save it for my worse pain, as its kind of spendy.
