A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm very curious to know how many of you have been approved for Disability (SSI or SSDI) for your Fibromyalgia?

I got approved almost 2 years ago for Fibro, Depression and Hypertension. Was very fortunate to get approved in just 3 months my first try! I know how rare that is
I had wonderful doctors and medical records and a great Disability Group! Now I pay it forward helping others get approved with the knowledge and materials I've gathered. I've helped many over the last year and it has… read more

I can Def agree with that..when you are no longer able to work you want to and I get so upset and frustrated that I cant..I loved my job and I miss it everyday,it's been 8 years and it seems like it doesn't get any easier, the longer u can't work the harder it is because I feel worthless and a burden to my kids and husband.I probably will never work again but I hope that if any of you can get back to work good luck ..I have tried just about everything for this terrible monster of a disease and now I am onto vitamins and natural stuff because med don't work. They did for a few years then I became immune to them.
