The Inversion table really helps my low back pain!! Not sure about how it affects the fibro pain yet. But is great with the DDD and bulging discs!

I find it helpful but I also have 3 herniated discs, DDD, and nerve damage. As little as 10 minutes after work helps to relieve the pain and pressure along my spine.

I like mine. I use it three to four times per week for about 5 - 10 minutes. It relieves my lower back plus I read somewhere it oxygenates your body if you just rock on it gently back and forth.

I haven't and I personally can't imagine it feeling very good, but I know some do use it. I'll be waiting with you to hear some of the responses. xxx
