St. Francis is in Hartford... but he has an office in Manchester as well as Avon. I think he is only in Avon once a month though. He's very busy but very helpful, resourceful, and sympathetic to the pain.

I believe Dr. Raymond Squier has an office in Manchester. Very limited time for appointments, but a helpful pain specialist who takes Husky insurance. I'm not sure if he specialized the fibromyalgia. I went through six months of cortisone shots for my back problems with him, but he is also the one who prescribes meds for me and prescribed me PT as well. He may be one of the only pain specialists in the area who does. He works from three different offices just to see as many patients as he can. I first saw him at St. Francis Hospital, but his info should be available online to search or have your PCP call him if you need to. Not sure if it has to be through the PCP for Husky to cover it. Most likely so.

I wish I could help but I am also looking. It's not easy. Try the hospitals for Doctors that work with pain management....

Ones , I now have a great Pain Consultant , & it does make a difference !
