Today the side effects were hitting me in waves. I started getting bad anxiety and nauseous. I'm not sure if this is normal and I should just keep taking the 60 mg. or if I should go back down to the 30 mg. @A MyFibroTeam Member, Lcaldw, Bear, Honey, Kristine, and Hope, I have taken almost all of the antidepressants except for Lyerica (due to stomach) and feel that Cymbalta is the worse. The zaps in the head, nausea, brain fog, leg and arm jerks, migraines, and these side effects are only the ones I can recall. I was on 12 different drugs in 2009 and such a mess I couldn't take care if myself. With my new doctor I gradually got off if them. I encourage you to get off of them as for instance Cymbalta now has a law suit brought against them. But, you must not just stop taking these powerful drugs.

I couldn't successfully take this drug due to bad side effects. I also had a horrible withdrawal event. Maybe your body is telling you something.

I take 60mg also, but I take one 30mg in the morning and one at night. I don't seem to have any side effect taking it that way.
