Have you ever heard of "Leaky gut syndrome?" I read a book by Deirdre Rawlings that recommends changing your diet to organic, no preservatives, no refined sugar, gluten free healthy foods to get rid of digestive problems. I've been following it for 2 weeks now and I'm seeing improvement plus I've lost 10 pounds. I also just weaned off of Tramadol pain meds in the last 4 weeks. It was brutal the first couple weeks but am able to cope better with the pain using essential oils and daily Epsom salt baths. Prayer is vital too. Hope this helps.
I feel very nauseated a lot. I get nauseated when my IBS is acting up too. I get stomach aches too. I never know what to attribute these symptoms to.
I feel sick to my stomach very often. I don't actually vomit but feel like I want to!
Hi! I am new here, but I know you can develop stomach problems with fibro I suffer from acid reflux and I take prescribed med for that and it helps a lot. Go to a gastrointestinal doctor they help me a lot. I had the stomach flu 2 days ago and even water I couldn't keep down my stomach hurt so bad and I was in the bathroom every 10 minutes and i drank activated charcoal only half tea spoon with a cup of water and 1he later my stomach was fine. My 14 yr daughter had the stomach flu too and I gave it to her and it stop the flu as well. I still have My body pains but my stomach is fine. You can d it in the pharmacy or natural store. Since its natural is safe but it really works. I will pray for you, hope you feel better soon.
When I was first diagnosed it felt like I had the flu constantly, once started meds not as bad, but I do live with extremely frequent nausea.
For nausea, try pour 3 inches of coke in a cup, then add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar DO NOT SHAKE OR STIR, let sugar settle to the bottom. Then tiny sips...
For some reason, the sugar pulls all the carbonate from it & works well for nausea most times. +++ cheaper than meds.
