Poking
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

When somebody pokes me it hurts really bad. It's very tender in the spots they pokes. Is that typical?

Yep! For me it's sensitive skin, and if my muscles are sore, and bang myself,or even touch my leg, skin,or muscle it is painful.
Hope this helps? 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Yes, I do not want anyone to touch me hard or hug me tight. Because it hurts and that is part of our condition.

Yes that's usual, I have very tender skin to scratch if I'm itcy. And if I'm bumped poked or anything it is so sore and painful.
