Has anyone found that drinking aloe vera juice helped alleviate their fibromyalgia symptoms? Have you considered or tried this? If so, what was your experience like?

I've heard an alkaline diet is good for Fibromyalgia. Just goigle it.

I take magnesium also. But I couldn't find any way to make the aloe juice bearable to drink.

If you love it, drink it. It's an acquired taste. I love it, nice and cold. I don't buy it much, but when my husband was alive, he bought it and really enjoyed it. I did not giggle, just gave you thoughts.

George’s 100% distilled liquid from aloe Vera leaves Has no taste,no flavor it’s like water.You can buy it on amazon if your local stores don’t carry it
