My doctor told me it was part of fibromyalgia!! I have the same thing happening in my hands & arms!! If I get startled, worry, laugh or cough to hard, try to hurry & so on..... I feel like I am being electrocuted all over my body!! I have always been a hard working woman & could work circles around people 1/2 my age.... Now I am trying to learn how to slow down & not hurry!! Hope that helps a little!!

I have the same thing , what helped for me was i went to surgical supply and bought the shoes that are custom made for diabetics to fit your feet with orthotics in them . They are used mainly for diabetics oe people with nueropothy. The are covered by most insurances with a script from the doctor. They have many styles even sandles for summer and stylish. I got white sneakers with the pink cancer ribbon on them just to give you a example.

I have neuropathy in my feet. The doctor said it was caused by sugar damaging the nerves - I'm now on a diabetic medication. But, I used to tell the doctor my feet tingled, sting, throb, pulsate, burn, felt like bee stings, needles.... basically everything but itch. The doctor only wanted to prescribe anti-depressents (with a side effect of helping nerve pain) but I didn't want more pills. I went to a Homeopath and had about 50% pain relief... still working to find the perfect remedy that might restore the nerves.

Same here, and it is part of the Fibromyalgia. My doctor referred me to a Neurologist for an EMG. Having the results were helpful in my disability claim being approved.

I have the same problems with the shooting pain, I know it is hard to walk and move at times but trust me it hurts more if you stop all the way. I have a disc problem with my back and neck and i cant move that much so I started doing water therapy and it helped so much, I couldn't do it any longer because Medicare wont pay for it so my therapist gave me some exercises I can do on my own, so now i am looking for a gym that has a pool that i can afford. I recommend it wholeheartedly It works.
