How many ppl are using cbd oil and how are you using it. I have seen many ways of this use and quite not understand how others are using it. I am vaping with it and it gets me thru work with anxiety and pain and has seem to be helping with nausea and headaches.. I am actually impressed with what and usung it and wonder if there us a better way

I just buy tablets. Convenient, and probably quite cost-effective if that is a concern. Or you could just buy oil, and do a few drops under the tongue. Or you could buy oil and empty capsules and make your own capsules. It only takes a few drops, and you bypass the taste. Out of ors!

I have been taking CBD capsules ( oil or dry powder ) for about 1 year now, not for fibromyalgia, but for a severe jaw pain called trigeminal neuralgia, an M.S. complication. I am in Victoria, Canada, and there are many dispensaries here, where I can get marijuana derived CBD. It has no psychodelic effects whatsoever, and seems to improve focus and eliminate pain, which is SO important to quality of life. More importantly, it is organic, made by nature, not pharmaceutical. Dosage varies ( 20 mg capsules?), from 1 a day, to 2 a day depending on pain level. I am going to experiment by taking 1 every 2 days and see if pain returns. I think it does take a few weeks to build up in your system, which is why I am going to try cutting down ( plus it's kind of pricey!) My daughter was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and she will try taking CBD. I just figure it is a more gentle approach than going the pharmaceutical route. Keep y'all posted!
