I never use to sweat now I sweat all the time. My socks are damp after wearing them a couple hours. I sweat under my arms constantly and I use clinical deodorant and I sweat down my back and that's without doing anything. If I exercise I soak my clothes and the sweat that dries leaves a white ring on my clothes and the dried sweat on my face is white and gritty. Members widely confirmed experiencing excessive sweating with fibromyalgia, sharing stories of being drenched from simple activities like folding clothes, vacuuming, or even just sitting still, with some needing to change clothes multiple times a night and carrying towels throughout the day. Several members explained that the white residue left behind is dried sweat containing dissolved solids like electrolytes and chlorides, with practical suggestions including wearing light-colored clothing to hide stains, staying hydrated with electrolyte drinks, and bringing towels when going out. A recurring theme was the frustration of doctors offering no answers or solutions beyond learning to live with it, leaving members feeling embarrassed and isolated by a symptom that has persisted for years without relief.

I sweat a lot it's not white. If I brush my floor I'm sweating. When I get out of the shower or when I'm getting dressed. It can be very embarrassing when out socially or in work. I've had test done and nothing has come back from them. Dr says it's just another side effect x

Yes I sweat all the time and its disgusting. Seeing an endocrinologist in June and hoping he will do some testing and find some answers...So far a few doctors haven't come up with anything other than learn to live with it!

Magnesium helps with constipation and also relaxes your muscles, so if you have any muscle pain or stiffness, it will help you both ways.

Yes I have definitely started sweating way worse even if I do something as simple as folding clothes or vacuuming. It's very gross and annoying.
