I have CFC/ fibromyalgia, IBS and pernicious anemia x

You do get pain with just ME BIT THATS DUE TO fatigue in muscles different type of pain but still get pain

Chronic fatigue ,for me, is complete exhaustion. Not painful just exhaustion like from a very bad flu And to me, fybromyalgia is all muscles in my body in severe Charlie horse type of pain. Like I was hit by a car and then hit again. Then the symptoms ,of course , each other on most days. Then depression sets in. To me , a viscous cycle. Learning better self management skills.
