There is a newer herbal tablet that helps with pain and sleep called the fibro wellness. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and what were your results?

Oh, sage is great for hot sweats at day or night. Magnesium is great for mood and other things. Potassium works for leg cramps and a bit for Restless leg syndrome. Careful, u can take to much potassium. Follow the directions. Usually it's a very low dose so I will take two occasionally. Biotin helps peeling nails and skin. Pro biotic are good for over all health but having a sensitive belly I take one only once a week unless I am on antibiotics. Always speak to your physician! I use all these the rest daily with food and water. Hard mornings, so half a peanut butter bagel and full glass of water works. You can try adding something for a month, then something else. U will know if it works. I just seem to need the extra because I am extraordinary!. Lol. Gentle xoxo
