A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been using D-ribose supplement to help alleviate my RLS. Does anyone have any natural remedies that work for your fibromyalgia symptoms?

Try 5-HTP and chamomile tea to assists with sleeping. Try Laminine for the burning and stinging that comes with fibro. Also Stopain spray that works in 10 seconds! Try B complex vitamins and magnesium complex.

You need to be careful what your trying if your on medication. I recommend folic acid for rls, it's cleared mine. D-riIbises is some thing that replaces a naturally occurring vitamin in muscles, long distance runners take it after a run. Make sure you ask your doctor before you take anything.
