Calling on all my Fibro sisters and brothers locally in the Irving, TX and Dallas / Fort Worth area. I need physical help with trash, groceries and cleaning. Does anyone know a local resource to help me? Have already tried local city of Irving and no luck. Thanks so much for your help on this.

Some ppl qualify for like CNA/PCA help d/t how bad their fibro is. Maybe depends on insurance/state also??? Just have heard of some ppl have aide type work in the homes helping them in last yr or so.

Might check with your local boy scout or girl scout groups...I think they may do things to earn their badges

Check local high schools. High schools sometimes make kids to do volunteer hrs to graduate. Depending on your age check local Sr programs. Gentle hugs

I don't know if you would not mind a local church to help but lots of them would love to do it. Just ask around.
