Legs cramping really bad along. With the rest of my body feeling pain and very fatiged .
@A MyFibroTeam Member - well this is a complex question since something that works for 1 person doesn't work for another person...we all experience some of the exact same symptoms but there are also various different symptoms that we don't - for example I don't suffer with IBS or Restless Leg but there are a lot of other fibromites that do. However I think that a typical Fibro Cocktail usually includes one of each of the following groups:
* Anti-seizure medications: pregabalin (Lyrica), gabapentin (Neurontin)
* Antidepressant: duloxetine (Cymbalta), milnacipran (Savella), amitriptyline (Elavil), nortriptyline (Pamelor), fluoxetine (Prozac), paroxetine (Paxil)
* Pain Medication: Non-Narcotic - tramadol (Ultram), acetaminophen (Tylenol) Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs...also known as NSAIDs (aspirin/Bayer, ibuprofen/Advil/Midol/Motrin and naproxen sodium/Aleve) Narcotic/Opioids - Too many to list...but I take Nucynta
* Muscle relaxant - cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril), carisoprodol (Soma), orphenadrine citrate (Norflex), tizanidine (Zanaflex)
There are also various vitamins and supplements that can help to ease symptoms - like Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Glucosamine, 5-HTP...and the list goes on
I have found http://www.fibromyalgia-symptoms.org/fibromyalg... to be a GREAT resource to help me understand and research different things to determine what's best for me and my doctor to explore. I hope that helps!

This may sound crazy but put a bar os soap near your feet at night.I had terrible cramps but they are gone. My sister and I give each other a new scent at Christmas. Good luck
My dr has me on gabapentin but I find that it really doesn't do much more than take the edge off. At night, I also smoke 1/2 a joint with my dr's knowledge and that takes the edge off enough so that my sleep meds can kick in so that I can get a good night's sleep most of the time.
Peace, love and gentle hugs,
Catherine
My doctor gave me Gabapentin for restless legs and legs cramps, they still over heat and jump a little when I am having a flare but no where near as bad as before.
I am now on 700 mg 3 x a day of gabapentin I also take vitamin D, magnesium and vitamin B complex
