Agape Thank you I have had this pain for 3 yrs I am not a diabetic and that baffled my Dr. the sta r t me o neurontin and I had a bad reaction so that was stopped and the pain got worse. So they started me on Lyrica that worked for a while then I had a real bad reaction was in the hospital for 3 days. They referred me to pain management and the stared me on percocet and an epidural injection it worked great. No I am not working I've had to put off the epidural injections because they are to expensive with out insurance so I am taking the percocet and it help tremendously if I didn't have it I could not function. It help all of my pains and I am grateful.People say narcotics don't help but I beg to differ it work for all of my pain

I just bought some B12 , but use a heating bad and ice packs to help. epsom salt baths with the muscle relief in it helps too. I also use green alcohol for soreness. I rub it on the area and use it in my bath water sometimes.gentle hugs, hope you feel better!

Yes i get that as well, it eventually passes.Sometimes gently rubbing/massaging, changing positions, moving or resting helps make it go away.
