Members widely related to experiencing frequent nausea, with many attributing it to fibromyalgia, medications (especially opioids), anxiety, or conditions like acid reflux and gallbladder issues. Several members shared practical strategies that helped them find relief, including anti-nausea medications like Zofran, ginger, peppermint tea, saltine crackers, and dicyclomine, with one member noting that gallbladder removal reduced vomiting but didn't fully eliminate nausea. A recurring theme was the frustration of navigating care without insurance and the emotional toll of uncertain symptoms, met with warm encouragement from the community to keep advocating for medical attention and not face the worry alone.

yes, unfortunetly anti-nausea pills don't work for me but ginger helps.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I don't have a reason for it, it is just something I deal with. I have anti-nausea medication on me all the time. It got better after I got my gallbladder out, however I still get nauseated all the time but since the surgery I am not vomiting any longer.

Letty,
Gerd...lol
I called the clinic I've been to and of course they did not answer. I left a message... let's see if I get a call back...
It very well be a ulcer....I know you can have nausea and pain and then it could be some kind of bacteria or inflammation.. like we with fibro don't already have it in our joints why not in our stomach....at the moment I'm feeling at ease... thank you for your help and concern for me..
You are truly a friend.☺

I have bouts of nausea but mine I always assumed was due to the anxiety, but I don't eat right either. So I don't know, I hope you can figure it out, have you been overly stressed lately?? That could be a factor, but it would be good if you could see a doctor.. feel better soon, gentle hugs...
