I've had fibro for four years, and in the first 2 years yes, my major symptoms seemed to flare in unpredictable cycles, averaging 4-6 weeks. Then they bagan to slowly change, more sporadic bad days. Now I seems to have bad days about 3-4 times each week.

Mine seem to be the same, few weeks of good, as soon as something triggers a flare, I'm down for a week and week to recover. Thankful for the good days. Gentle hugs
