I started out about a year ago with my hand shaking occasionally. Then my restleg syndrome got worse. Now I'm starting to have body twitching. Could be a leg, foot, arm.... Its becoming very annoying. The other night it felt like I was getting a small electric shock up and down my right arm. I'm getting very scared. Does anyone else experience this?

i have restless leg syndrom every night i hate it too. I get the shock all the time in mybback legs hips arms i start pain management on the 26th hopefully it will help.
I have experienced tremors, twitching & shaking. It gets worse if I overdo, have not been sleeping, etc. When I have real problems is if I am working around the house late at night & then go to bed straight away. It's like my body needs time to slow down after activity before I lay down. I have also had some reactions to medications that has caused shaking (and I think it usually was anti-anxiety meds that caused my shaking). Good luck to you
My body does this especially if I'm stressed out or tired. I've had every test in the book & the doc I went too told me that it's a bad fibro flare. She advised to take a bath with 2 cups epsome salt and half a cup apple cider vinegar. I also take a magnesium supplement & CoQ10. This helps me tremendously. I hope this will help you too.
I swear by putting an unwrapped bar of soap near my feet. I haven't had spasms, cramps or twitching since. Anything is worth a try.
You can get RLS in your arms as well, when mine is bad it can lift my body from toes to pelvic area off my bed and I also have to watch where my arms go as i have both kicked and hit my husband in his face during an attack
