I'm sitting here at home feeling generally really hot & sweating a lot, but my feet and legs are icy cold and goose-bumpy.
Also I feel hotter & hotter, and then a wave of ice cold chill goes through my body.
Does anyone else get this? X

Because our adrenal glands are so stressed that the hormones that it tells the brain unclear messages. The adrenal gland is responsible for the release of hormones. So it messes up the body.

Yes, a lot. Already thru menopause, usually more hot than cold. When I get cold I know my Fibro is flaring up and I rest and bundle up for the ride.
Yes, my feet are always cold. And at night I constantly have the blankets off and on. To make matters worse when I get too warm my back feels like I have bugs crawling under my skin.
