I found out that the hard way that it was my medication, prolonged use of Tramadol gave me mine then when I took my tablets thinking they would cure it they actually fueled the Migraine.

I to get migraines constantly. Always have. Im on drugs to try to prevent them. They dont. Then I have drugs for them. They help some. Im usually down for days when there bad. Cant walk talk or drive, Now my grown boys get them to. I put ice bags on my neck and head and just wait them out. They are bad and suck but not much more I can do. Ive had Fibro over 20 years and as its getting worse so are the headaches. Headaches go with it as do so much other shit. It gets old and depressing. Just try different things. Good Luck.

I agree with above trigger responses another big trigger for me is smells....perfumes, gasoline and diesel fuel, air fresheners, cigarette smoke candles, etc.

Stress sets them off and the way you sleep the night before. Besides fibro which keeps the back of my neck in pain, my neurologist gave me script for migranes but also a muscle relaxer to take at the end of the night which helps the neck muscle not be as tight in the morning. Still happens sometimes but no where as much as it used to

I used to get what my Neurologist said cluster migraines. I had them from a few days to 12 weeks. Verapamil for a preventer and Relpax for a rescue. Keep a journal of everything you eat & drink and note when you start having a migraine. I was sensitive to a lot of foods, drinks, lights, sounds even my estrogen and Ambien. Odd how you asked this question I just supplied a list of triggers to a friend for his wife.
