Welp, I know I have already talked about the pros of cannabis - but, this is another symptom of fibro that I have and taking CBD canna caps relieves this :-) My twitching is in my legs, arms and even creeped up into my sides (very weird sensation). The high CBD cannabis stops this entirely! This doesn't surprise me though as this is the med that is used by epilepsy and muscle spasm patients with great success. The combination of my CBD caps during the day and my THC Indica caps at night has really helped my sleep. I can now sleep anywhere from 7-10 hours! There is an otc out there called restful legs. It is amazing. I don't get just restless leg, like some of you my whole body twitches and jerks. This stops it in its tracks. Good luck

For me the twitching happens when I over do it and do not rest inbetween..heat works for me..if I lay on a electric blanket..or place a electric throw.blanket behind you it allows the muscles to relax a little faster. constant painvfrom over doing is the cause...a lot of the time..( Gentle warm hugs your way)

Yes! I've had fasciculations / twitching for 20+ years (when this whole nightmare began). I get them everywhere but they're worse on my left side; don't know why. I have many other symptoms also. You are not alone with twitching and muscle jerks! Hugs

My dr gives me Mirapex for Restless Leg Syndrome but if you are having jerks all over flexeril helps me with that. My dr also gives me those. I don't have it all the time so I only take these meds when I really need it. Hope this helps... Gentle Hugs...
