Mine did but asked loads of questions too
Mine didn't, the neurologist did & I've tried a self check...I'm not sure if I have intense pain in 11 of them though... Does that mean it isn't truly fibro? I definitely have the widespread pain.
Yes my Rheumatologist checked - Some areas were more tender than others but sometimes I feel I hurt all over anyway so anywhere he touched would hurt -
yeah same here -- pressure points and many questions
My orthopedic checked trigger points. Asked many questions.. I was tender in all trigger points. He diagnosed me with fibro. He prescribed me a muscle relaxer and sent me back to my primary to treat fibro. Then I was referred to rheumatologist. The rheumatologist checked trigger points, one he checked I was in shock because didn't realize a trigger point was located in the chest area. Very tender. He said I definitely had fibro. He prescribed me 100mg gabapentin and 300mg. And I'll see him and other rheumatologist in 6 to 8 weeks to see if the meds are working
