I had good experiences with it. I had mine for migraine prevention. And now that I have moved and had to wait to get back to dr. I am realizing how much it actually helped.

There's always a huge list of side effects...but if it works it is worth it

Other then it making everything taste gross it only helped my migraines and not that much... Srry
