Members overwhelmingly confirmed that fibromyalgia pain worsens significantly in the evenings and at night, with many describing legs that hurt, zing, or ache so intensely it becomes difficult to sleep. Several members shared that their symptoms extend from the hips down to the feet, often accompanied by restless leg syndrome, and that working evening shifts or busy jobs can push pain levels to a 10. A recurring theme was the relief of knowing they are not alone in this pattern, even as some noted their pain never fully goes away regardless of the time of day.
