What Kind Of Treatment Would Anyone Recommend Which Isn't On The NHS?

I have tried acupuncture, heated pool and swimming but nothing helped. Is there any like reflexology? I am looking for something to help me to reduce my pain, stiffness and aching muscles.

Members shared a wide range of alternative therapies they've tried for fibromyalgia pain relief, with TENS machines, massage therapy, and aromatherapy among the most frequently recommended options, while floating therapy and NST physiotherapy at specialized fibromyalgia clinics were also suggested. Several members described finding relief through gentle, regular movement like caring for horses, walking at the yard, or stretching, though others emphasized that intense physical activity worsens their symptoms and that what works varies greatly from person to person. A recurring theme was the ongoing search for relief when traditional options fall short, with members supporting each other's different experiences and acknowledging that fibromyalgia often comes with additional health challenges that complicate treatment choices.

KCR physio is a fibromyalgia clinc and she does NST, which I can say it's very good especially when you do the Six treatments and stretching helps a lot. It is not easy to work full time especially siting and having as stressful job with our conditions so, we should try everything . Oh I tried dry needling as well, it helps with my very bad pain from my ars. Cannot even understand how my ars have tensions and going back to the back of my legs and it is there constantly 24/7

As long as I am moving, I am good. When I sit down or lay down, I get stiff and hurt so bad. Exercising aggravated my symptoms. I haven't found anything that works any more. I try heating pads and muscle relaxers and pain meds. Nothing helps.
