Spinal Chord Stimulator
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone ever had a spinal chord stimulator inserted ? This is supposed to be the next step for me but I am anxious & afraid please share your experience if you have had the surgery or know anything about it.

My mother in law has one and it helps. She has had numerous back surgeries prior to having this put in. She lost a lot of weight and had to go back in to have the battery moved because it was rubbing on her spine so placement is something to consider. She also has fibromyalgia.

They did teach me to be more aware & move I. Different ways do as to reduce glare ups but they can't reduce pain from a pineal injury
