Members overwhelmingly confirmed that fibromyalgia can worsen depression, with many explaining that chronic pain, sleep deprivation, and the invisible nature of the condition create a heavy emotional burden that others often fail to understand. Several members shared medications and strategies that have helped them cope, including duloxetine, Zyprexa, cognitive behavioral therapy, vitamins D and C, journaling, and genetic testing to identify deficiencies. A recurring theme was the power of community support, with members offering heartfelt encouragement to never give up, reaching out for help when feeling overwhelmed, and remembering that mental clarity and emotional care are just as essential as managing physical symptoms.

Ask your Doctor to do a medical genetics test. This test can help you find what you may be deficient in.

Oh gosh Anuschka I have days like this . I really hope you have someone who can give you a hug and just listen. Sometimes when I feel like that I'm better on my own. I used to talk to people about my grief and then being diagnosed but I guess I don't feel like people truly understand because "I look alright" ..... it's the most annoying condition. Sending you a huge hug xx
