Mussels Moving Where You Can See Them Move Does This Happen To Anyone Else And Is The Fibro Related?

Does anyone have mussel movement that makes your skin move around where you see it. My stomach and legs it likes to move around feels so weird cause its very strong when it happens. Like my mussels are having a dancing tantrum.

I get them in my upper arms, eye lids and upper thighs, If they are very painful then they may well be spasms, but I'm thinking they are simple twitches, caused by the nerve damage involved in Fibro.

Are you talking about muscle twitches? I've had them off and on throughout my life so I don't know if they are Fibro related. I was only diagnosed 2 years ago.

Hi ,what you describe sounds like muscle spasms, I get them alot too. It is part of fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Stretches and massage may help a little.

Thanks everyone I'm pretty sure their mussel spasms now after listening to everyone's comments. I just got the impression that mussel spasms were supposed to hurt I've had relative's tell me they hurt and that it was a mumussel spasm that caused their pain. So when I have these mussel twitches they don't hurt. I've have had Charlie horses that cramp and knot up that's painful but it's not the same. So I got confused on what to call and categorizing my symptoms.
