I have been having a lot of trouble with heart pvcs this last 2 yrs. They keep getting worse and worse. I'm now on meds to control it but they still happen. Pvcs are an extra heartbeat. They feel like a flutter or like your heart is skipping a beat they make you feel terrible. We don't need any help in that department. Anyone else have this issue?
I have this issue and it is very scary. I have been DX'd with two heart murmers and even been told that I have probably had a heart attack in the past, unknown to me. Mine feels just like yours fluttering and skipped beats. Also, I would describe it as a "surging" Anyway, it's scary but I just try to ignore it because I have been checked out plenty of times and there isn't much more that can be done, but live with it.
Feel better and have a great day.
See info on the body's potassium and sodium pump and up your magnesium. Not citrate though. :)
I have been having the same thing. Feels like a flutter or skipped beat. I was told it's stress. I don't like it. EKG was normal. It can be scary at times. Makes me feel short of breath.
I had palpitations and a flutter/murmur. A few years ago when I went to the ER for my left side locking up, what I thought might be a heart attack, was panic and stress induced and I was found to have very low potassium so prescribed potassium chloride for I recall 3 months. The murmur is gone but I do feel I have some heart issues. It feels weak or something.
I have them almost daily. I have seen 2 different cardiologist, both of whom can see them happening on EKG but have no explanation as to why they are happening. Nothing structurally wrong. So frustrating
