Random Goosebumps
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've been getting tingling in my arms, usually just one at a time, with a patch of goosebumps showing up with the tingling sensation. Has anyone ever experienced this as well?

Yes, the last few months on the front of my left leg (over the quad). It's bizarre.

I had Carpal Tunnel surgery on both of my wrists in 2001 and in 2013 I had surgery on my left elbow for cubital tunnel syndrome. My Ulnar nerve was compressed. Everything has been good until the last few months. I am getting tingling and numbness again. Not bad but enough to be annoying.

I often get that and mine is from pinched nerve in my neck. Also from carpel tunnel in my hand when some of my fingers tingle and go numb.

I get this too. Waves of it. Can be quite annoying. Hugs
