Change Of Weather
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Anyone else able to predict the weather changes with pain in spine, elbows, or knees? Mine get so sore. Wonder if it's fibro related or something else creeping up.

Yes mam! My muscles tense and spasm before rain or a cold front pushes in. I can even predict humidity. Not the best gift God gave me.
