Stabbing, Jabbing, Stinging And Shocks - Relief Suggestions??

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Canton, OH

I am having electrical activity all over my body and into my joints tonight. It's been going strong for a couple of hours and is coming heavier as time passes.

I've got little hope of sleeping with this tonight.

try to keep your muscles warm I get this when my muscles get cold or I am putting to much pressure on my muscles. I bought a gel filled cushion to sit on this helps a lot. I still get shocks but they do not last as long doctor put me on thiamine it has helped with the muscle spasms. When the spasms get to the stage i can not move bed bound I take diazepam only one tablet 5mg it works great but knocks you out for a day.
