How Do You Cope With Being In Crowded Places, The Fear Of People Knocking Into You?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

How do you cope with being in crowded places and the fear of others knocking into you, I wish I could be inside a bubble so I could have my space and wouldn't have to deal with the awful pain when people bump into me.

If it is like a theater or such you could wait for the crowd to thin out, be one of the last to leave. For going in how about entering close to the start or if you can get seats on the aisle. Can't think of anything else but if I do I will post.

Jaml is right, I try to get to places early or if leaving, letting others especially with children go first and staying seated until I can move w/o bumping into people.

Hi Sammy, wish I could give you an answer. Instead I can at least give you understanding. Sending gentle hugs your way.
