I love a hot cup of tea,w cinnamon stick or (cinnamon disk or red hots) I have tried all of then n really good, or honey or Both! It jus helps relax me but the sleeping aids still is needed!lol!!!! Prayers n hugs to all!

Definitely thankful for that info.. hadn't found anything on vanilla extract! I got a cute box to keep my collection of oils in and put an ice tray that makes round ice cubes in the bottom. Holds the bottles perfectly!

I've been using doTerra oils. Deep Blue and Clove are a good combo for pain (according to my mother who has RLS. When I'm out of the house and get confused/anxious, Balance and Serenity help ease some of it

I use peppermint oil at night sometimes too. And also for headaches. Sometimes it helps.

I have a peppermint essential oil in a roller applicator. I roll some on my knees at bedtime and the cool helps the pain while the aroma helps with sleep.
