What exercises do you do that help with your fibro, keep you in shape, or are just exercises that you are able to bare?

I walk, and use my exercise bike, I have found the Walk away the pounds DVDs useful, the movements are gentle and you can choose how long you want to walk. Rule of thumb for me, if I cannot do 10 mins a time I do five, if I cannot do 5 I do 3 etc. the key is moving, some days I have to do 2 mins. at the top of every hour and rest between. Take Care.

Stretching, warm pool, and walking. (although I like to take long walks when I do- it's killer after and the next day)

Stretches can help, but be careful not to over do it. I found this out the hard way, by my muscles aching more than usual the next couple days. Hope this helps. Gentle hugs.
