I am looking for recommendations for an energy drink or supplement to help with the extreme fatigue I have been feeling lately. I hat to spend a lot of money I don't have for something that doesn't work. I am looking for something that maybe folks who work out at the gym would use. I am not looking for red bull or energy drinks you get at the gas station. :-)
I believe an energy drink will send you on a false sense of energy and then you'll come crashing down needing another energy drink and the cycle goes on and on. I take a multi vitamin, D, Magneseum, fish oil and made a great improvement with energy. Still can't pretend I'm super woman cause there will be hell to pay.
Best supplements I've found to help with fatigue in particular is magnesium, Vit B complex and omega 3. I've been taking them for about a month now aswell as my Vit D which I've been on much longer. I've seen a great improvement in my fatigue.
I am seeing some improvement with protein shakes. I have difficulty getting enough protein so I recently added protein shakes in and I am slowly see improvement. My naturopath also had me start several supplements to help with energy production. I take shots that she makes up for me that have magnesium, b12, folate and b complex. I than take CoQ10, tyrosine, SAMe and Omega 3-6-9 oil. If you were to just try 2 of these I suggest starting with CoQ10 and SAMe. These are well established suplements for boosting energy.
Plenty of black coffee 😊
I take vitamin B-12 sublingual (under the tongue) it helps me somewhat
