Anyone tried acupuncture? It works ?

Yes...I've had acupuncture for the last 3 years and it does help, but the pain does come back. Some relief is better than none. I use a acupuncturist that I trust his skills. You have to just find someone who knows what they are doing.

Yes acupuncture works ! But it does not last.. And needs to be done every 4 to 5 days very expensive .. But ( if) u can afford it it's well worth it for easing pain and energy levels...

I agree! It works but does not last long so it gets expensive. It depends on the acupuncturist on how well it helps so if one doesn't work for you try it again with someone else.

I have try everything there is, except Cannabidol because I live in PR and is not available here. Acupuncture works a little. Also I have bloked my lumbard and neck with a anesthesiologist in pain management and it helps. My expirience has been that not only one thing works, is different treatments all toguether that help. I try Pilates and though I feel like I have run a 5k after, I know it helps. Gentle massages also help, a warm bath or 5 minutes in a hot jacuzzi also helps. Good luck to all.
