Members responded to a question about daily fibromyalgia symptoms by sharing an overwhelming consensus of constant, widespread pain (especially in the back, hips, knees, legs, and arms), along with relentless fatigue that persists no matter how much sleep they get. Several members described the sensation as feeling like they have the flu every single day, with additional challenges including numbness and tingling in hands and feet, debilitating brain fog, frequent migraines, and episodes where limbs go numb after just minutes of sitting or lying down. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of living with unrelenting pain, including feelings of isolation and not wanting to leave bed, alongside the frustration of doctors offering little information beyond acknowledging widespread pain with no known cause.

daily flu like body aches x10. Every minute of every single day... and fatigue like I haven't slept in weeks.

Every day - mild muscle aches & pains all over, my normal lumbar pain, hip pains, leg pain in both legs, mild exhaustion & fatigue.

Flare ups - I feel like I have the flu! I sweat like crazy, I run low grade fevers for hours and days at a time (I call this 'fevering'), and this makes me so tired that I can't even move to go to the bathroom. I also have extreme exhaustion so much that my body hurts everywhere and all I want to do is sleep. I'll sleep for 10+ hours and not even realize it.

I've noticed that a day or two before a flare starts that I start feeling different. I get this weird fuzzy feeling in my body off and on. Then, a flare shows up a few days later. It's the strangest thing.

Oh, I also get incredibly itchy sometimes. I also have severe headaches and migraines so bad that I had to start taking daily medication for it.
