Sometimes the tops of my feet will itch so bad I claw them til they bleed. I didn't know this was part of my fm. Wow!
@A MyFibroTeam Member coconut oil really does the job for me. I slather it on right after bathing. It takes a moment to be absorbed but, it helps the itchiness so much.
Yes, I will occasionally get what I call an "invisible rash" on my ankles; can't see anything but feel small bumps and it itches fiercely. It happens just whenever and I've not been able to correlate it with any changes such as soaps, lotions, etc. It just stops by for a visit 2-3 times a year, stays a few days and then goes away. An over-the-counter anti-itch cream usually keeps the itching to a tolerable level.
