@A MyFibroTeam Member I feel the same way you do about the exercise and people telling me to do it. I can barely put away dishes. I can't make dinner because I can't stand for long periods of time. I do lift my grandson for some reps when I can hold him like that. But regarding the main question yes I do experience the extreme weakness in my arms especially.
I have a lot of fatigue and i get muscle weakness and fatigue in legs and abdomen. I dont know what causes it but due to the muscle fatigue causes my muscles to ache
I have weakness in both everyday. I live in a two story and sleep downstairs just so when I wake I don't have to worry about falling down the stairs.
This is the frustrating part of this also when talking to Drs about your condition, they want you to eat better and exercise. Okay how can you do either when your arms are so weak you can't make anything besides a bowl of cereal and as far as exercises, maybe in my Lazyboy. Sorry for the vent...just how I feel.
Wow! Someone else who can't taste any more! About a year or so ago I had a horrible head cold that turned into upper respiratory infection. Ever since, I can only barely taste foods that I eat. I'm wondering if that is largely connected to the smell of foods... I wonder if there is anything that can be done for this. Or if it is a signal of something else I should be taking care of.
I do also my extremities go to sleep a lot even when I am using them. I'll be at work and either am shaking my arms to wake them or stomping my feet.
