Environmental Factors
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone found relief of symptoms in specific regions and weather areas? If so where?

What environmental triggers do you all have? What do you do to cope with them?

jjaj823 I have the exact same issues as you. I live in Canada and the weather changes and drops in Barometric pressure can be extreme.

I agree with your weather triggers. I also find that windy days really affects me as well as pressure differences from elevations.
I also have a really hard time with the heat and sun. I always kind of melted in the sun but now it affects me even more so.

For me I live in MD on the east coast, I visited the Pacific Norwest, specifically the Seattle wa area. I was able to be outside more, do more and had less crash days.

My environmental triggers are:
Heat and humidity leaving me to have to remain indoors.
Wet weather, the more it rains the more sore I am.
Significant changes in temperature. We have had those lately where one day it is upper 90s and the next it is barely in the 60s.
