A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I know it is important to know your limits but im having trouble learning mine. I want to take care of myself but I don't want it to become an excuse

When I feel good, I tend to over do it every time. I have been diagnosed for 11yrs, and I am still learning my limits. so I am not sure of what my limits are, I usually ignore they pain, push through, and pay for it later!!

Yes mine feels like burning along with the shaky feeling . I have been developing pacing skills and it does work .people can be frustrated by how long simple things can take me to do. Suffer with sleep deprivation and organisational skills. Best wishes and hugs
